Steve Rachford is a Senior Project Manager in the Geotechnical Fills and Pipeline Service Division.  Environmental remediation work falls under the umbrella of his division.


Mr. Rachford will give a presentation on in-situ thermal remediation of contaminated sites using geotechnical engineered fills.  Elastizell concrete is utilized for insulation, semi-structural, and geotechnical applications.
